We farm for the long game: healthy soil, resilient trees, better oil every season. We graze, mulch, compost and tinker so the groves get wilder and the oils get cleaner, not the other way round.

Our oils have picked up serious medals – from Best in Show Koroneiki to high‑polyphenol trophies – but the real win is seeing the same bottles on the same kitchen benches, emptying faster than we can harvest.
