For over two decades, our family has cultivated premium extra virgin olive oil from sun-drenched groves. Our fruit is a gift from nature. So our role as farmers is to nurture it. This artisanal olive oil of ours is a testatment to that.

Our goal is for this Victorian region to be seen by everyone as the boutique oil producing region of our state and country.

Surf Coast

Cool hinterland behind the coast. Softer, rounder oils with less bite.

Otways Region

Higher, cooler, wetter. The most assertive oils we press.

Bellarine

Coastal, exposed, salt in the air. Cleaner and peppery.

Flat, open country with water on three sides and very little shelter from it. The oils are cleaner and noticeably spicier than anything we press further inland, with a bite that arrives early. FORTE 559 comes off here, and so does the Moraiolo we grow at Barwon River, a variety common in Tuscany and rare in Australia.
