Order Processing

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after purchase.

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days via Australia Post.

  • If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode using Australia Post shipping rates and the following rules.

  • Free Shipping Australia Wide when your order is $150 or more.

  • Free Shipping to the following suburbs of the Greater Geelong Region when order is $75 or more.

  • Standard shipping rates apply outside these zones or rules.

  • From time to time we offer special shipping deals for promotions.  For example as of 28th October 2025 if you purchase 2 bottles of Forte 659 you will have free shipping for your entire order.

Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at admin@groc.com.au within 5–10 business days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds apply only to products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Products that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return for change-of-mind.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post with insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

  • This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or if goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
